The Clara Sherick Correspondence collection consists of letters writtern to Sherrick from 1890-1894. The majority of the letters were written to Sherrick while she was a student at Ohio Northern University (then Ohio Normal University), and provide insights into the day-to-day life of Sherrick and her correspondents.
The Pettit College of Law was established at Ohio Northern University in 1885. The earliest materials in the College of Law Records date from the 1950s, and primarily consist of administrative records, faculty governance records, printed materials related to events and recruitment, and newsletters and magazines (most notably The Writ and The First Amendment).
The Grace E. Ingledue Papers document various aspects of the life of Grace E. Ingledue, including, but not limited to her life as a student at Ohio Northern University (1917-1922), an university professor, and a performer. Collection highlights include a student diary (1919-1920) and a series of "memory books" which consist of photograph albums and scrapbooks.
The Henry Solomon Lehr Family Papers document the life of Henry Solomon Lehr (founder and first President of Ohio Northern University), as well as offers insights into the lives of several of his ancestors and descendants. Materials in the collection date from the mid 18th century to the late 20th century and offer documentary evidence of 18th century European migration to America, 18th and 19th century German-American family life, and early Ohio Northern University history.
The Board of Trustees is the governing body for Ohio Northern University and is responsible for the long-term health of the University. The records in this collection primarily document Board actions through copies of agendas, minutes, and supplemental reports for Board of Trustees and the Board’s Executive Committee meetings.

This collection documents the history of the Freed Center for the Performing Arts, from its founding in 1991 to the present. The bulk of the collection documents events performed at the center through event programs and promotional materials. The vast majority of the collection consists of surveys, data, and reports. Some of the more signicant portions of the collecion include Institutional and Demographic Data reports, ONU At a Glance reports, ONU Fact Books, student surveys, alumni surveys, and retention studies.
The Office of Student Affairs records document ONU's historical support work to support student life on campus. Current materials in the collection largely focus on the evolution of rules and regulations in place for students throughout ONU's history.
The Student Success Center encompasses multiple offices across campus and works to assist students academically, personally, and professionally. Currently, the collection contains records from the Communication Skills Center and Polar Careers.

Th College of Pharmacy is one of the oldest professional colleges at Ohio Northern University, first forming as a department in 1885 and later being designated as the College of Pharmacy in 1902. The Raabe College of Pharmacy Records includes materials from the 1950s onwards, and focus on the college's strategic direction and the marketing of the college.

The Wilfred E. Binkley Papers document various aspects of the life of former ONU Professor Wilfred E. Binkley including his life as a student, public school teacher, university professor, public servant, and renowned scholar on American politics and government. Significant portions of material include daily diaries from later in Binkley’s life, student notes, correspondence, manuscripts documenting his writing and research, and publications.
